Personalized gerontological nutrition

My love is elderly care and my specialty has brome gerontological nutrition .

I am living my specialty. I have taken leave once again in my life. This time to card for my 91 year old father declining from Stage IV lung cancer.

I am sitting bedside with a cup of cream of tomato soup made with heavy whipping cream, a hint of basil, some cheddar cheese, plenty of salt.

My oh my! This personal challenge is daunting
